Shipping & Returns


Orders are usually filled and shipped within 5 days of receiving the order. I will contact you via email if there is a delay in shipping.

All orders will receive a confirmation as well as a personal email from me that your order has been received. I will notify you once your order has been shipped. I strive to give my customers excellent and prompt service, and this is one way I can assure you that your order was received and shipped.

I offer free shipping on all orders within the United States of $300 or more.


If there is a problem with your order such as a missing or damaged item, please contact me within 10 days for replace item.

All damaged items must be shipped back before a replacement shipped or a refund/credit to the account.

When shipping an item back, please contact me to let me know it was shipped.
